I came in $3,200 higher than the other people. they still used me. I did a free demo in their lobby and seems the other company was supposed to match my clean spot and couldn't.

A wise man once said that. "A presentation without a demonstration is just a conversation." For commercial always do a demo and bring your brag book full of pictures.

How many of you are doing AMC Theaters?

A company out of Texas has the national account. The contract requires HWE. They came to me and ask me to handle their work. They wanted to pay out 5 cents a sf. I told them to walk.

The only way you make any money is to Encap with cimex units.

They want you to do 10-12 theater complexes for less than $1000

I love commercial but that stuff was out of my wheel house.

You could have done it, and the seats as well, if you had a Trinity. If you guys hung out on T-- more, you already know this.
