I’ve been going out of business for 30 years
window washing is definitely a great service, we added it a few years ago. Im not the one on the ladder but its kind of a nice change from sucking urine and feces.

I find that they go with wood or tile and cover it with area rugs, now I clean more area rugs
Im in Wisconsin and they will NEVER get rid of carpet here.

sliding chairs or furniture with sand underneath it will scatch!!! Friend put it in his house I helped him move in, slid the bed over, scratch. It will look dull in ten years. They end up putting rugs on them anyway and I charge more for them, so go for it.

We just installed 600 sq ft of Vinyl Plank after a water damage job customer wanted a change. Ripped out their ceramic tile and replaced with this stuff. I'm too old to be on my hands and knees for two days, but teaching sonny boy all I can while I can.
