I guess he hasn't cleaned this carpet... ever. Had salad dressing and sprayed it everywhere? WTF?! But... we did what nw green clean does... jaw dropping results.

Yep... Weird. In fact, the rest of their carpet was perfect. He said they had never cleaned it before in 22 years... and the carpet actually looked pretty darn good. I was shocked. But this carpet was trashed!

Looks pretty good! What kind of green pre-treatment did you use? Must work pretty well for those results.

Key words= "carpet has never been cleaned"

I noticed that so many times I prefer working on trashed out carpets that no one has ever cleaned because it always gives results like that!

I believe the factory applied protector is the explanation to that.

Cleans up very nice and you look like a hero!

I just smile when I learn that the carpet has never been cleaned since new.

my thoughts...

On this job we used Procyon Boosted- Fels - some stain magic - some oxy plus - good agitation - rinsed with water.

Haven't shared it anywhere Michael.

Looks good. "Green" cleaning products (whatevet the latest definition is now) do work it just take more work for some of the bad ones.

Must be the unique fluid dynamics you were talking about on your website. Can you tell us about your pantented process?

I get that alot, people thinking their carpet is older than what they think. I would put money on the carpet being no more than 10 years old if that. If it was installed in 1988 then thats some good wear for a light colored carpet in a high traffic area.

Not to take anything away from this fantastic cleaning job, but I concur about cleaning a carpet that no one had messed with.

It seems like people who clean it themselves or hire the splash and dash professional, just make it so that I have to spend twice the time to make the carpet look half as good as if they never got the carpet wet.

Getting the carpet wet and not getting it clean just sets the soiling, almost like it stains it.

You can just tell by looking at some carpet before you start to clean.

Even though it doesn't look heavily soiled, you know it is going to take more work than a trashed carpet might take that had never had poor cleaning previously.

Does it seem that way to anybody else?
