Cleaning after a flood

I've been asked to clean this slate tile and some carpet after a flood. This is just the picture they sent me. What would be your go to way to clean this sheet rock dusty mess?

Just be sure it is clear to all that you are not doing water damage restoration, just cleaning. Anyone on a water restoration job site takes on a lot of liability.

Plenty of vacuuming or sweeping first. Then an alkaline tile cleaner should do the trick.
