Expect a lot of dust so factor in dry vacuuming time.
Whack em hard to test.

I would clean with a wand and it would go pretty well...
Estimate by the hour....they won't pay by the foot....
Estimate 75-100$ per hour and give them a flat rate....
It took us 6-8. hours for 150 pews??....charged 850$

$1.50/LF if I'm cleaning only the seat, $2.00/LF if seat and back.

look at them and find out exactly what they expect...example, just cleaning the seat and seat back?
or is there fabric glued to rear too they want cleaned too?
are there kneel down swing-outs to clean? (not all churches are Bab'dist)

Obviously you'll wipe your over spray off the wood, but do they want/expect all the wood clean/polished too?

if typical straight/tight ploy fabric, most of it can be cleaned with a glided wand in short order (turn down PSI)
Second man details w/upl tool the places the wand won't get (seat front rounds and seat back tops)

got to go look at them and find out exactly what they want .
they might be fast 'n easy to clean and you'll make a good buck at buck-fifty to two pr ft
and some are hard to make money at $3 pr ft
