Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to clean my first private jet. I spent 7.5 hrs on it, and managed to gain a new high end client. The plane lives on Canada’s west coast (Vancouver), and the aircraft engineer asked if I would be willing to travel to it next time. Now, I live 3.5-4 hrs away, what the heck would be fair to charge for travel time? He also requested that I not divulge the contract (type of plane, specific details, and obviously not the clients name). What does one charge for such secrecy?
