I've got a job coming up at the local drive thru oil change place and they want me to clean their waiting room floor. Is 1000psi with a spinner at full heat too much or would a tile wand set around 700psi with 140F be plenty?

I'm concerned about any adhesive underneath the tile being a problem, and I don't do enough of this to know exactly what to do.

Dan's advise is right

"pressure washing" plank vinyl seems a tad risky......
add mega heat to the "pressure washing" would seem even more folly

if its a good install the edges along the "plank" aren't so problematic. It's where they butt there is often a wider gap where you don't want excess chems etc entering

work in sections, microfibre mop it dry and put a dripod down.. or follow Damons advice
