Are you looking for Janitorial bid software or looking for places to bid on? If the first then check out Cleanbid.net, they charge a monthly fee but if you bid on a good amount of work its not bad, its nice software that you can customize to your business. If your looking for places to bid on, just start cold calling places you want to clean for etc. Hopefully I answered your question.

Yes I was referring on how to get a new customer. I have heard about Governments bids?
Are there any other ideas on how to get customers?

I had a janiking franchise in charlotte around mid 90's, lots of fun...

Back then i just went to library and photocopied a list of all the employers with 50 or more employees and called them on a quarterly basis asking for estimates. With follow up mail.

Pretty mind numbing work but if you stick to it and close a couple nice accounts, well worth it.
