I tried cleaning my wand tonight with "bar keepers friends" and as you can see from the picture, as it dries it gets real cloudy.

I haven't exactly taken the best care of her, so maybe it's just completly jacked up...

I was just hoping that there may be something I could use on her to make her shine a bit more.

Any ideas?

Clean it up and have it wrapped with your logo. I'm wrapping every thing that goes in the house. They will remember you. Learned that form Mark at MF and it works.

Spray it with toilet bowl cleaner and rub with a green scrubber. All that soap scum will rinse right off.

Bar keepers friend is the worst crap out there.

Dip a rag in Viper Restore... Rub your wand thoroughly (your cleaning wand).
Rinse with water.
Neutralize with alkaline.
Rinse again.

Good stuff.. Thanks.
I didn't have a makita but I had a maroon pad and with a bunch of elbow grease I got it looking pretty dang good..

Mark, where could I get my wand wrapped? Do local sign shops do things like that?

Yes....I just have my decal shop make them up for me....I just use a front logo sticker....less expensive and you are going to go through a few if not careful.

I change them out about 2-3 times a year at least.

Sometimes, I just freshen them up for photo shoots you could say :)
