This is the real deal 9.6 amps per leg no shit

all compents get equal power

after running for hours the plugs in the wall even stay cool no over heating

I use 10 guage cords

400 psi

8 flow on a 4 jet green green horn wand with hole glide

all heated with a little giant #3

This is the first time I have had this unit out doing real cleaning today.

everything is working like it should and I am very happy with the way things are turing out.

Plus the dependability factor, Zero need for a repair facility and lower acquisition cost. If this thing keeps progressing I might end up wanting one.

Man, that thing rocks!! Nice job, Terje.

9.6 amps per leg? Cool, even in old outdated homes power wouldn't be a problem.

What size vac motors do you use, and do you have 1 vac and pump on one cord and the other vac on the other cord. Just trying to figure out how you come out with equal 9.6 amps per cord. Thanks for the video, fun to watch.

Nice unit indeed Terje!! Couple of question though:

1)Were the 2 10 gauge cords running off of the Golden Dragon's power?

2) Does your machine come with a waste tank?

3)Are the 2 cords different styles on each end (standard 3 prong on one end, and twist and lock ATM)?

Thanks, I like this machine more and more every time you post pics and vids!!

yes 10 gauge cords bigger

hubble twist and locks 20 amp rated each

yes ran off the restaurant power

yes it does come with a waste tank the one in my van is a modified prochem tank which I welded a new bottom on and new powder coat, I have not finished my new tank for this machine yet and it will look like this one

I haven’t seen any of the other electric truck mounts in person, but one thing I like about Terje’s is the welds are really top notch and everything is extra heavy duty.

My 2 Honda 2000 watt 45lb generators could power that and you could still easily transport them for other uses like portable use, camping etc. 9.6 amps on both cords is very low for the performance that it puts out. Thats lower than my recoil with 3 cords except the 2 stage cord that Ed shows as 8.6. amps. and the Recoils pump is not as strong.

That's a fantastic looking machine!

I'm worried about the unit freezing while cleaning in the middle of a Nebraska winter. With my slide-in TM the unit generates a tremendous amount of heat - unless the doors and windows are wide open, nothing will freeze even if it's stupid cold outside. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Looks good!

How big a tank is that? Will it need to be anchored to the wall or will the feet be enough to hold it when filled with waste water. Can you cook chili in there too? :p

that machine I must admit is impressive for something that runs off 2 plugs, however IMO it does not look like the power really is there for serious use. the vac sounds like my unit when something is plugged or I am running 300 feet of 2",

odin, that is the craziest wand stroke I have ever seen looks totally random, kinda like something a new guy would do  I dunno if its different because you are filming, on second thought you might have been doing it one handed with camera in hand

Jeff, that is a valid question and since I live north of N.Dakota in probably one of the coldest parts of the continent, let me try to answer.
We used to insulate our vans and go to great lengths to prevent freeze ups INSIDE our tm's and found that open doors or wind direction were much bigger concerns. Then we stopped insulating our vans - with no increase in freeze ups. Then we switched from Burners over to Heat exchangers and still no problems.
Now with Odin's unit and a Propane little Giant heater we still have had no problems. Those heaters throw off a lot of heat - much more than HX. A van with a rear heater will help. We also try to keep things off the floor - we have a table built over the fresh water tank that works well and when it's super cold will store lead water lines up in front of the passenger seat to get some extra heat, while driving. When it is very cold and we are out cleaning we may fill the fresh water tank with hot water which serves as a source of passive heat inside the van. However we will usually not clean on those super cold -30 days. Or we will take our Thor unit out of the van and use it inside as a Porty which is what we do with commercial jobs with no easy hose access.

Hope that helps.
