I spinner'd and Cobbslopped this floor over a year ago.

Still looks pretty good due to switching them over to a flat mop routine.

But could use a freshening up.

I'm thinking of running the Magic Eraser pads under my Cimex which should do great on the tile but not the grout. That might be good enough.
If not I could mop down some nuetral, CRB, mop up the bulk of the mud then Magic Pad it. The magic pads suck up a lot of muck and would need frequent rinsing but I should still be able to do it all in a couple of hours..

My thought is the truck mount and a turbo would be faster and maybe better. Probably just pre-spray and rinse. Is it a long hose run?

Maybe rent one of those walk behind floor scrub and suck machines that are used in factories, just get the smaller one.

McClellan is in Anniston, what's left of it. Much has been divested to the state, and is being used for all sorts of companies.

Best case scenario...water otter 1200 psi, porty auto dump. Spinner and alkaline cleaner. Maybe black brush or grit brush if travertine can take it (level of finish).

I was gambling in there during the makeover, honed tumbled travertine with thick sanded groutlines in a casino traffic walkway is a maintenance disaster IMO
