Had a job on a private lane. I knew she had a gate, I requested code as the house would be unlocked.
She said it was being changed and would call me with it, or I could call when I got there for the code.
She did not call, I called on my way, no answer, I called at the gate no answer.
Had to move on to next job.
She called was sorry and rebooked. I went back a few days later to this...
Why can't all clients that sometimes screw up be this respectful?
