I think a simple topic perhaps on new drying techniques or strategies would be sufficient. If you then mentioned test results from something new on the horizon I would give it a lot more credibility. Perhaps it just "reads" differently than you intended... but it looks like many readers misinterpreted your post.
I hope you are correct and that this is indeed something new and better and it works out well for all involved (including the customer). I do a small amount of restoration myself and have watched this industry go through many changes in the last 30 years and welcome any true advancements, I guess I'm just a little gun shy about "secret" processes, chemicals, tools, ad's, etc.. I've heard that hundreds of times just like
the all time winner " If you buy this chemical from me it will replace all your other chemicals and be better, faster, cheaper than all the others".
If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!
