Any tips on how to gets these black scuff marks off? We scrubbed and with citrus zolv not budging.

those may have been stamped into the overlay on purpose to give it a natural look.

You can send that picture to elite crete, they will be able to help you out for sure... this is more of a carpet cleaning forum

i'd say acetone but it might damage finish

magic eraser... if the eraser takes them out order up one for a buffer and go to town.

I've had luck using a CRB with stiff brushes and cleaner.
