Poured 2007
Power troweled
Indoors never been treated/painted.
What paint would you use and where to buy.
Or would you use a sealer.
Looking for longterm durability and cleaning ease.

Back in '03 I used a solvent (xylol) based driveway paint. It was applied over freshly pressure-washed concrete. On the mountain it has endured 105F-5F and still looks good 14 years on.

That was a Porter Paint product. Recently I purchased a similar pool paint from Benjamin Moore, also a quality brand. It seems very much like the former, and has held up perfectly in our fountains.

It stinks when applied, is dry in 20
minutes and cured in 24 hours.

Thanks I know the solvent paint were better back when but now I don't know. I've seen the Griot's Garage floor paint but have not heard of it's longevity. Some time all the reviews seem like BS and often they are, was just looking for some real life use. Because if it's crap it's a real pain.
Regards and thanks again
