Second man still has to detail/finish all the rounds and piping (which takes the lion's share of time) flats are fairly quick/easy with any two-way upl tool
a glided wand kick's azz on straight indestructible fabric church pews though.

If you have enough sense to turn the down the PSI, A glided wand cleans as well as any ole skool upl tool...just bigger bites...like gluing two or three PC Upl tools together

I did this in my early early early years before I knew wth I was doing. My broke ass scraped up some money to buy my first upholstery, open jet tool on eBay. Little did I know it was made for a low psi porty. When I start cleaning at 300psi, the stupid tool won’t spray after I sprayed my treatment on the couch. So in panic mode I throw the tool out in my customers yard cussing up a storm, grab the stair tool and do a terrible job.
I wish I was a fly on the wall looking at my customer’s face if they noticed my stupid 24yo self.
I don’t miss those days
