This one slipped past me - did you guys see it?
Seems their independent testing had much different results of a Rug Doctor versus "professional" cleaning than CRI had.
And their professional was Stanley Steemer - so not the highest on the pro food chain.

Who would the consumer trust - Consumer Reports or CRI? Hmmm....that's a tough one.
I laid out today what I'd like to see versus what I EXPECT to see from both CRI and IICRC in response to the letters this week... and I am not saying that I can predict the future, but so far my expectations are sadly coming true so far (I was hoping for some reason my LIKES would win out... I hate it when organizations are predictable... I am sooooo tired of mediocracy.)
Check out my LIKE/EXPECT post... this will likely be the last BIG post before these meetings happen. I know Terry was grumbling about me protesting too much (Terry - it has only been SIX days of protests - but it got more than 1200 cleaners, 2,000+ visits, to the site and some really GREAT posts by you and others...) - so let's see if anything comes out of this, or nothing does.

Thank you for supporting the dialogue, otherwise I'd just be one lonely grumpy beeyach with a bone to pick with the mills, and I'd be completely ignored.
