Does anybody have any sample contracts for commercial carpet cleaning or Janitorial? We use a service agreement right now for janitorial, they can get out it anytime and we rely on their day to day satisfaction. This works well for small to medium accounts but not for the big ones.
For carpet cleaning we bid for a one time clean and hope they call back for a second. I want a contract for multiple cleans a year. Hope this will help our commercial retention. Example:We have customers that say they are going to have it done 4 times a year but only have it done 3 because we wait for them to call.
