What are your costs to obtain new clients, and costs to keeping repeat customers.

Just wondering how different it is depending on market/demographic.

Anyone who tells u they know is lying or unaware. That is a numbers game that can be manipulated by bean counters to appear however they think the recipient wants to hear it.

I will say that it is more effective to continue marketing to an existing customer than market for a new one. In a report that was done for the industry the number one source for people to find new cleaning companies is referrals Actually it was half of all people find their company from referral If your current customer isn't reminded about you on a regular basis then they are less likely to refer others to you
