I am going into a new client who wants a quote for a cost maintenance plan for carpet cleaning, is there any info out there I can read how to put it together? It is a very large non for profit organization, 30 bedrooms, hallways, lounges etc.
I was thinking about doing a 3 monthly clean, for any spills/spot cleaning then they can call, its too large to do a complete clean so it would be done in sectors around their clients time tables (some are in wheel chairs etc)
Anything I can follow or read?
