Don't expect great results on 12 year old cotton that been used for dining room chairs.

Since your a Prochem user, try this formula:

Fine Fabric Shampoo 3 oz
Oxy Plus 1 oz
Fiber Buff 1 oz

Apply just the foam with a sponge or brush, and allow at least 15 minutes dwell time. If its sunny down there, get it in the sunlight.

Rinse and speed dry.

Be careful with cotton that old, as it might be weak at seams and edges. The Oxy Plus can have the tendency to weaken cotton, but the use of Fiber Buff and thorough rinsing should minimize that possibility. I've found Oxy Plus (or other peroxygen bleaches) work better on yellowing from age and body oil than do the reducing agents contained in Haitian Cotton formulations.
