Could this be used to update an older van?

Bawb has some sweet units but they have to be put in 02 or older vans. I've looked at some of these vans that are in nice shape, but they still look a little dated.

I was just looking for a new bumper on eBay cause the paint on mine is starting to look rough and saw this....

I wonder how much modification it would take to make that fit an older van?

The bumper and lights with shipping shouldn't be over $200 if that.

I know. I have a great looking 96 van.. but he said it was to old.... Or I would have been up in Michigan real quick
