I have had 3 calls this morning asking about grout cleaning...

At the time all I have is a carpet wand AW29..
Could this be used to get the grout looking good...
Or is this the time that I would need a glide...

you don't want to scrub metal wand lips with suction on ceramic tile. get a glide if you want to hack it out with a wand. If not get you a hard surface tool made for it.

You can do a good job with a wand though honestly. Get you a good hard surface cleaner, alkaline, and acid, and a brush. You need to make sure you test spots first to see if you do any damage especially with an alkaline cleaner. I also suggest you do a bit of research before you take the plunge. But seriously your wand can do an adequate job rinsing for the time being....and as you do a few save up for a hard surface tool. Also you should get at least .50 a ft so don't do it too cheap or you wont be able to afford new equipment and all that good stuff.

3 jobs just might pay for the tools. Get the glide at least. You wont regret that even if you don't do the jobs.

Check with your local supplier. They will rent you the right tools.
