This one kicked my ass today. I ended up mixing in 10 oz of Saiger’s Tsunami and it still didn’t touch this carpet. Carpet is heavily lived on by urine producing dogs and kids that spill gatorade. The entire carpet was covered. I was so flustered cleaning this today I almost walked out. I cleaned it and left. Any stain work would have been futile. At one time this carpet was bright white poly.

The only success I’ve had in those situations is a pint of de solv all in your hydroforce. You’ll need a mask. Tell the people to leave. But it’ll work.

I just walk away from these jobs if I can. Usually these people expect it to comeback all the way as well and will try to get money taking off since it didn't clean up well.

Here, all the PM are either replacing carpet in a lot of their rental with LVP. Or are going with that
brown gold black tweed poly frieze. Had one yesterday.
It hides everything. !!! And of course , because of that never gets vacuumed, compounding the traffic lane uglying out.


Spent 5X the amount of time on it as I would have spent in that same place years ago when the cut pile creme nylon was everywhere.
And it still looked like crap. less than two years old.
175ed it using a green pad , after spending a long time vaccing.(please, don't ask what kind of vac !!LOL) ALL the BEST chems de jour. , with citasolv thrown in.

Then extract with 360 i w brush head...

just venting.

Real Cahrappy!! This is using some Saigers soap free sauce. I’m using up all of my chems that have been laying collecting dust before I buy anything new.
