Add Team to Jobs (Crews)

Team job capabilities have finally arrived! When you create a new job, you will now see an option to 'Add Team' members. All you have to do is start a job like normal and click on the 'Add Team' option to gain the ability to add technicians to that particular job.

Once you click on the 'Add Team' option, a pop-up window with all of your organization's enabled technicians will appear. Here, you can choose the crew that is to be assigned to the job. You can select as many technicians for the team job as you like. Once you are finished selecting, click on the blue 'Select' button in the lower right hand corner of the window.

You will now see that the same job has been assigned to each of the technicians selected. All job details will be pushed to the technicians assigned to that job simultaneously. Additionally, every change made to the job in the field will reflect in real-time on all devices associated to that job.

This feature is ideal for large-scale projects where multiple technicians are required, and will significantly increase efficiency in communication with all technicians involved for any given job in real time.

**Note: As of now, the 'Add Team' feature can only be implemented on the web portal. This feature can't be initiated through mobile devices yet. The mobile capability to 'add team' is coming soon.
