At Connections Werner Braun, president of the CRI, had a discussion about the CRI SOA program.
Here are three audio recording segments of that program:

Mr Braun acknowledged the difficulty they're having with "Oily Soil" in the SOA testing program. He said "we just at this point don't exactly know how to do that".
Well we didn't have any trouble loading this carpet with sticky/oily soil, and then we actually got it clean too.
