They need to stop the foolishness before someone sues the shit out of them. I have a hotel that I clean annually that expanded 2 years ago and had the new carpet made to match the old and it was installed in the new section and in the lobby. Now the colors have bleached out and the manufacturer is trying to blame me for leaving residue in the carpet. Of course they're saying I didn't use soa products and didn't rinse them out sufficiently. I say bullshit. I've always used professional chems, some being cri approved, that have done nothing to the 10 year old carpet but have ruined the new carpet. And I don't run any of them through my tm. I prespray and rinse and any trace amounts left behind should not affect decent carpet. You wouldn't believe the stupid report from the inspector they sent. He said the carpet was just dirty, even though the colors were much brighter than the old carpet. Keep up the good work Lisa, we're right behind you. I'm tired of my customers getting sold crap.
