Custom QB Invoices

Received a call from one of our Clients we did some work for back early last year. While scheduling a project he asked if we could update our invoices.
Poor fella must have gotten one of out handwritten Office Depot slips.
The things we learn along he way is what keeps this stuff fun : )

Looks good Chris. I have a PO# box on mine, just so it makes it easy for them to find.

The original did, not sure where it went but so far, no one has used a PO# with us.

If this is something your writing out yourself at time of service, not printing and mailing. I'd be sure to add some lines into those boxes. My hand writing is bad enough. Give me the lines...


Also, if it's a bill. Where is your guarantee? Return check fee? Wet carpet warning. Website?

Did a job sat morning and had to call and have Cat create and email the ticket on the spot.

Nice to work together, but still crazy!
