Hey All,
I'm wondering how many of you offer rewards for VIP customers or referral sources? If so, what kind of rewards?(discounts, gift cards, service upgrades, chocolate, etc.)

Also, what type of rewards would you like to receive?

Our customers can use 100% of their cleaning amount towards the purchase of new carpet or rugs in our showrooms. It has been very successful for us.

We just launched a rewards program so I wanted to say a BIG Congratulations to the lucky folks that joined our Pro's Club last month, they all received a High Volume 1/2 Hp. Carpet Dryer. Whoooohoooo!
