You know that white one that fell apart on you? I have that exact one. It vacuums like a muther, but the edging tool is terrible. Plastic pos that bends on you when you try to edge in a corner. And, it falls over on you when you try to pull it along behind you while edging. Great open field vacuumer, terrible edger.

For me, the Dyson is still king. Brush roll from hell not-withstanding.

PS Oh, and don't think I didn't notice the oinker.

Why do professionals use POS Molly house wife type vacs?

And that includes the POS overpriced dyson.

At least put a sticker on your vac that says professional vacuum.

Ignoring the cue-ball from Nebraska for a moment, I would like to address the question from the fellow professional on this board.

I vacuum stairs with the Dyson by pulling out the tube and hose from the handle and attaching the upholstery attachment. Then I vacuum away. Stairs get vacuumed so seldom that I almost always get a full canister of dirt out of each stair case.

With the shark you can hold the canister handle and use the 11 inch head on stairs with ease

What type of vacuum do Jimmy sweeps with?

You can do that with the Dyson, too. It is actually lighter than the Shark. I just get tired of holding it up on a 20 step staircase, and besides, you have to break out the edger when you do the stairs that way to get in the corner and along the base. If you are doing it with the upholstery attachment, you don't have to do that.

Similar lifter but not The Sofa Jack. But another cleaner that lives near me did invent that style. Can't remember his name right now.

Does anyone else use those Ezy Lifters, shown in the pic above??

I found them to slide easier than the expensive ones I bought from several dealers. :pig:
