If it's the same size of the mat, it may be off gassing from either the carpet tile or the mat. Probably not coming out. You could try a little browsing treatment or yellow out. If no results, rinse and try an oxidizing product.Any suggestions. Cleaned carpet tile at a bowling alley and it was a light brown stain I couldn’t get up. Any suggestions on chemical and process to remove?

Dang, haven't heard "off gassing" for years. See it frequently, (I think), but trying to explain it to customer was impossible! Carpet Cleaning isn't rocket science, but trying to explain that one was not happening. I literally haven't used that word for years. Good call.If it's the same size of the mat, it may be off gassing from either the carpet tile or the mat. Probably not coming out. You could try a little browsing treatment or yellow out. Butyl based powder treatment with a ph of 12.What did you use to clean it?
Browning treatment is for browning on natural fibers and oxidizing products are made for organic spots and stains. If it's the same size of the mat, it may be off gassing from either the carpet tile or the mat. I didn't know off gassing came from petroleum based rubber. I just remember reading about the latex office mats causing that.
I want to use a red pad on it next time I come back. I'm just not sure what chemical will be best to work on it
I used Harvard's Power Strike mixed with a chemical enzyme and the SDS says not to mix it with any oxidizers. I felt it was best at the time, due to the heavy foot traffic from the parking lot.It is likely a permanent stain. Try adding a compatible oxidizing booster to your prespray of choice, allow as much dwell time as practical, and rinse extract with as much heat as possible. You might "lessen the intensity" of the stain at best.
Other than that, Fred C gave you good advice.

Can you give me more of a reason as to how an oxidizing booster will help a petroleum based stain? The carpet is carpet tiles

Drink it.. It’ll help explain your thought process..But if it’s not, what’s you guys’ thoughts on using rubbing alcohol?
There's an insight into Hawaiian, or at least your friend's, lifestyle. ...did they go away when exposed to sunlight?Off-gassing to Ozone fading to actual auto tires stored on carpet.. My friend had some nice circles in his living room due to the latter..
When off-gassing and BHT yellowing was a big thing, Steamway developed Yellow Eliminator to fix it. Today a similar product can be found at Winsol Labs, called Carpet Renewer.
If the problem really is off-gassing, it will usually go away if the mat is removed and the carpet is exposed to full spectrum light
