I did a small demo clean working on a bid for a large landlord today in a greasy area leading from the underground parking lot. I was out of my regular juice, but I had that tub of Flex that I hadn't tried yet. The resident manager called the property manager at his office a few blocks away to come and look. Now I have to clean 20,000 sf twice a year. It's all your fault!

Willy, that sucks....you should take a picture of that Flex jar and start posting it...and explain: that biotch caused you to receive more work and make more money and now made you even more busy because you had to spend the extra monies on season tickets for a private suit for kanukks games and you're always at the arena....etc etc.

Oh yeah! Tiger Woods......I don't do work for Rogers Arena but I do work for the old Vancouver Coliseum, the old home of the Canucks before they built the new barn downtown.The only carpet is in the office. Sadly, I don't get free tickets to anything.

When you say greasy do you mean car oil or blacktop tar? And you say it cleaned right up with a little agitation? Do you know the fiber type?
