What is the best product to melt down that doggy fur oil and remediate the lingering scent?

Powermax works well for me to cut the oil, and for the bad smelly ones a boost of odorcide or hydrocide in the prespray at 3 or 4 oz per gallon will kill the smell, and prevent the lingering wet dog odor. (Put a glug of deformer down the hose when adding odorcide to prespray).

the oxidizers in PowerMax will remove most of the odor from dog hair.

The final step is the DynaCide spray deodorant.

It works on many types of odors, even non-biological ones.

You can get that carpet sanitizer from Hillyard or SSS a lot cheaper that the microban stuff for around $25 a gallon.

Extraction or bonnet clean using it.

You can also get a Castex POS wand for a lot less than you can a Prochem Titanium wand, but it's still a pos.

Same goes with chemicals.
