There's something to be said for leaving people alone. For all you know, they wanted the spots out - now - with no business disruption. He'll come back after hours to do the extraction.

Turns out the whole reason they called was for a recent cup of coffee spilled and they felt guilty having me come out for just that, so they asked to have the whole house clean but according to the husband is really just the spot.
