My new devpro arrived yesterday and got put to the test all day today(4 houses) The swivel took about 200 sq ft to get the hang of it. I can't believe how nice the swiveling heads is. I have been running a pimped ti for 9 years. This wand cleans as good if not better, and cuts the drying time by a lot(40-50%). I was shocked, carpets dry in a hour. Now the bad. The wand screams almost to the point of having to wear ear plugs. Area rugs are a pain to clean now, too much suck. And forget about rubber backed rugs. The adjustable manifold needs a little more tweeking to get just right. Spray coverage is perfect with 4 jets. The window is great for dry strokes to make sure all water is out of carpet. Looking forward to a full day tomorow.

The scream seemed to be pretty unbearable on day one for me as well. It has lessened over the past 2 weeks quite a bit. Not sure if there's some clogging or a little wear on the glides helped, but it is much less than when I first hooked it up.

We've got brand new bearing-swivel ProTi titanium wands with the milled aluminum heads, and short slot Teflon glide we pioneered for a nice $749.

It has a better jet pattern than the Prochem Ti (non-swivel photo).

DevPro it is not, but hey I am glad you bought it....I have a bet with my buddies about how long the swivel will work for, I do not believe it is the same design, It is a copy of the Mytee swivel.

Here is some photos, I'm not going to post any Negatives about it, but all I can say is they are using the DevPro name to get sales, I was told they would not use the name, but It looks as thought they are not going to honor that. I guess that is what I get for helping someone. If this wand is really ALL IT SAYS IT IS...Then RENAME IT and let it prove itself on its own.
NuClean are you the younger guy that was at Tony's booth at the Experience Show?
I don't have any issues with what you are doing except for the fact of using My DEV name, it is a total misrepresentation of ME and what I stand for, I have worked hard to make the Devastator name stand for quality, performance and durability, that only true professionals can understand and appreciate. This is why Tony wanted me to help him because he knew that, we had a agreement and he should live up to it and honor it.....SO where is my royalties for using my name without permission, and is this wand really up to my standards....to even be labeled as a DevPro....I don't think so.
Every wand on ebay that is sold with DEV attached is a Lie and this is why we are no longer working together.

Yes that is the wand I bought. It is not a devpro, it is called a pro ti swivel wand.Sorry for the uproar. I also heard there will a new and improved wand out at the end of the year. But for now,I am happy with this pro ti wand.

Tom. You got involved with crazy when people told you not to and you got burned. You got involved with Tony when you knew who he was and how he did business. Stop doing business with assholes and scum of the earth! I sent you a PM give me a call Monday need those parts I left messages on your phone about and haven't heard back from anyone.

I'm not going to post any Negatives about it,

well i will
look at the second pic
look at the manifold on the right side

it's already bent out of square

i know you're a gEEk, Tom (not meant in a derogatory way)
i also know there are other gEEks that "think" they need or will use an adjustable manifold

but do us broke d1ks a favor and save us some needless manufacturing co$t .....make a solid, non adjustable manifold wand available TOO

don't want to speak for Cobblet ....but maybe he's referring to his well formulated relationship with Tony and that wand in particular?
unless he's of course he's going WAY back to when he was sliding in Ken Hairass's slime trail.....

John; How about you tone down the name calling . . .

I was referring to this short slot glide design :
Less space between the short slots to leave lines in the carpets . . .
The new swivel Pro Ti wand does have a bearing . . .

The new Bentley 8# swivel 14" will also be out in November . . .

I tried a fellow local cleaners DevPro with swivel. It was very nice just don't know if it cleans better than my PC Quad with no glide. It is a big wand compared to the PC Quad. The glide is basically built into the wand, no clunking going on there. Very nice

I did some dry strokes (don't ask) with the new Mytee wand that Larry is talking about.
Seemed sweet and a nice smooth movement.

Though, the fact that it was not connected to a working van, may have had something to do with it as well.

I have always heard that the mytee wand has had really good suction/recovery but the manifold has always been it downfall. Now it looks like the overspray shields will only last a couple of months before breaking off.

In one of the pictures the wing is already about 1/8-1/4 inch warped out.

I think Mytee has figured it out with the new manifold, No I haven't tested it, But I know a 14" wand MUST have 5 jets for perfect distribution, and it looks like they've made it just a simple bar, rather than a complicated 30 piece contraption.
