I always loved them. We sent several machines to do them on a Saturday morning.
Even 30k with a large enough crew can be completed without shooting the whole day. 5-6 machines and 10-12 techs can process some sq/ft effectively.

I used to work for a company that regularly did 30,000 sqft jobs. One truck, 4 guys would get it done in 8 hours. One guy prespraying, one guy on a 175, one guy on the wand, one guy fetching and carrying. We would rotate who was on the wand. The wand never stopped until we were done.
