Didn't know how spoiled I am with my "Ergo" wand.

I friend of mine bought a standard 2 inch glided wand used.

Wanted me to clean it up and use for a day to test it for him.

Cleaned 12 areas of carpet with it. Wand did a great job, but it did a job on me.

My shoulder felt like I went 12 rounds.

I have the SS version of this wand. If you have any shoulder problems, demo one for the day. You will feel a big difference.

I used the one that Blueline had out. It was easy to get used to. It was a 2" tube with 14" slot, too big for my TM now

Glad it works for you and I am not saying it doesn't.

The only way to push that wand is the space between your thumb and hand which is likely to put a tremendous pressure and wear on the thumb joint. A stiff glove I suppose will help, somewhat. Even in the video you can see a lot of up and down movement of the wrist. And if you push with the assist handle, it will likely do a number on your back.

It is all going to be plenty of unhealthy repetitious movements. Just choose your poison.
