I was wondering since most if not all of us have our authorizations state that the customer is assigning to us all insurance proceeds for the work being done and that our company name must be on the check, lets say we fax this with our bill to the adjuster, in the event the insurance still makes payment to the customer and for some reason does not pay us, do you think we then would have legal right to go after the insurance company, since the customer signed it and we sent it to the adjuster??
