Do Chevy or Ford van come with a diesel engine? Or can you add a diesel tank inside?

If I can't get a decent offer for my unit that's for sale, I may opt to put my Diesel Apex in a new van.

Does Chevy Express 1 ton come with a diesel option?
Does Ford Econoline?

Can you legally add a diesel tank in CA inside a van next to the Apex?
Outside tank?

Trying to figure out what are my options and what would be the best one.

Chevy offers a 2014 6.6ltr turbo diesel. Not sure about the tank options in Cali. Don't forget to use your GM supplier discount!
