When they set up the job...i thank them for their loyalty to me...we chit-chat for a minute, as i SOMEHOW try to "dear 'em"......
Then Crash thanks them as he's getting paid!

REMINDER CARDS 3 or 4 times a year!

Send out any thank you cards if I personaly don't do the job. I include fridge magnet and cards.


All of my quarterty offers thank the customer for using me last time.

Bigger jobs get free toffee with a "Thank you for using us" sticker on it.


I always thank a customer when I am done with the job...then I ask them if they will please give my info to any friends or neighbors.

It is important to let them know that my business is mainly supported by referrals and repeat business.

A call the next business day and a card three days later. If I was out making marketing calls or on the truck, then our recpetionist made the calls. If I was in the office, I made the calls personally.

We also include a self addressed and stamped evaluation postcard in the envelope.
