Do your techs need a speech therapist?

My wife and I have noticed that the latest of the Texters/Gamers/Internet generation are not the best public speakers.

Hippity hop lingo, rushed words, mumbling, not speaking on the phone "with a smile" etc...

It's a big concern considering the hiring pool we have to chose from.
Not many college grads looking to suck rugs if you know what I mean.

I wonder if this subject is a class that should take precedent over most of the IICRC type stuff.


I'm wondering how a company like Snowgopian deals with this considering all the various nationalities he has on staff.
