DMV refused to give me my van tags because it said there was some sort of recall that needed to be done. So today I took my van in to get the recall issue fixed. Turned out there were two items needing fixed. The shifter cable and the cooling fan relays. The job was supposed to take only 1 day so I took the day off to work in my shop.
About an hour ago the dealer calls me and says they found a small hole in my radiator. They said a new one costs $678 but if I can wait until tomorrow to get my van back, he could install the new radiator and have it covered under the recall issue. I told him to go for it. I rescheduled my tomorrow jobs, no problem.
While I was in the rug shop, I got $1300 in rug work dropped off. It turned out to be a good day.
