So there was several very red stains all over customers living room from a dog that got into vitamin pills. I just cleaned this customers house a week ago. She called last night to see if i could fix it.

Presprayed, rinsed with wand- nothing

Got out cobbs red dye remover and steamer-nothing, couldnt believe it. Thought uh oh

So tried a few other things- nothing or hardly anything

Got out cobbs pog- it worked, so dumped it in a spray bottle, sprayed and it lightened each spot right away. Dry towels and plenty of pog worked best.

Anyone else experience this? This is a new one on me. There's been a few in the past i coudnt fix, now im wondering if i could have with a pog.

Lots of factors at play including acidic stomach bile.

Either way, you might want to move your high heat options to the end of your list as it can sometimes set stains for good, when something else may have worked prior to being set by heat.

Cobbs POG saved my ass a few times.

Good stuff.

Awww Heck!

HELP!!!!!

My guess last ditch,
30%
Or
I would go for the heat option explaining it could go 1 of 3 ways
Perfect
Nothing
White

Then come here and start a thread about it : )

Not everything will always come out.

Dye is something id like to play with. Used to paint cars n print newspapers so color mixin is in my blood.

Wow. I would've thought a reducer would've been the trick but glad the POG worked for you. Still get surprised every now and again after 18 years

The first treatment for me would have been a protein spotter which usually works great on vomit. It's a high ph so make sure to neutralize.
