This rather average to above average dog, got sick from it's medicine and had watery diarrhea on a white carpet. We got to it a few hours later. It was a relatives dog.
It doesn't smell now but it did wick back. On my invoice it states about wicking, I even mentioned it twice to customer. I did rinses repeatedly with powdered AFR.
It's been about 2 weeks and they called, they are not upset but want me to see it I can do anything. I was thinking maybe spraying an Encap O2 on and lightly brush it.
What are your thoughts?

Get it wet and put towels on it - be sure to use mom's trick of putting some weight on top. Capillary action will do the rest.

Yes just take a spray bottle with about 4 oz of O2 encrap and lightly mist on and go over it with a round hand bonnet.

It’s probably not that bad. Just do what you know.
