Yesterday I received a call from a "Client" to do some special cleaning for an occasion coming up.

You see I had just cleaned this fellowship hall a few weeks ago and the day care in this church had trashed it in several areas.

I eagerly said Yes I would be there to touch up the areas.


The special occasion was her parents 50 th wedding anniversary.

I arrived and set up my truck.

She wasn't there so I went to work.

As I was working I noticed all of the pretty decorations all around.

It all felt so happy to be there.

Before I knew it I had tears in my eyes.

You see both of my parents are gone now.

They never made it to their 50th wedding anniversary.

I didn't leave a bill.


Hours later I received a call from her asking how much she owed me.

I told her this was on me.

She was so happy and she said "God bless you!"

I felt good in my heart.
