Ah phuk, I'm thinking I wrote that down for next Tuesday at 1 - not today. And my truck is half apart having some work done on it while I'm away this week.


"Gulp,,,,... I'm sorry but I completely screwed up (wait for the response from the customer to come back). I had your appointment down for next week but I think I can get this all taken care of to your satisfaction."

I phoned Ron Werner, he was there in an hour and bailed me out. Thanks Ron!

And it was a decent sized job too.

Customer was totally cool about it and said thanks and asked me if I could clean his other house. I'll make sure he gets a deal just for my screw up.

I've only had a few locals over the years with that kind of relationship, but it was good.
