....when you do a commercial job that you have been doing twice a year for several years, with truckmounts....and it always looks crappy. But every time you fill the Cimex with Releasit and roll through it, (without truckmount), it looks awesome!

And when you're dumping your waste tank and lower 200 gallons of black water - then you know you got a lot of dirt out. Yet it still looks properly trashed out.

But when you just vacuum the carpet and Cimex it, it looks amazing.

I just got back from a job and I was wishing we could have a similar easy, -great result yielding- way to do residential carpet too....

My crews still laugh at me because I thought I could make it look better with HWE.
They went over the area I nuked with high PH and scalding hot water...and their side looked better.

I know my was cleaner BUT theirs looked better.

I don't need to be explained.... I've been pushing Cimexes close to 15 years....on some jobs we had 3-4 Cimexes and couple of Orbots too...so I know what encap is and how it works...(all this after multiple years of VonSchrader-ing)

I just wish we could have a system -that easy- to do residential carpets that won't leave behind all kinds of crap.
