I giving this guy honorable mention in my presentation on Friday at the ICE convention. The legitimate quality of rug and dollar volume he does in 900 square feet is amazing. He runs a nice family business for sure.

Tom, when I was doing rugs about a decade ago, I had a similar plan to what you show.

Difference being, I had plans for a shelving system not unlike a bakers oven.

The rugs would be placed on racks, same as your pic shows, but with small wheels attached, and then lifted to the required height and slid into the "oven".

Air movers placed at the rear at different heights, would blow air across the top & under the rugs to help them dry quicker.

I also was faced with the smaller space problem.
