Sadly, this is why so many insurance companies lowball. The most we will wiggle off a bill is 10%. ALL of our ducks are in a row and our readings are to a T. We do our best to ensure that our notes, photos, and complaince tasks in DASH are dead on and tell a story.
This month alone we had adjusters ask for $120k+ in discounts. We gave $16k.
Don't be bullied by adjusters but make sure your bills make sense. I am happy to help if you'd like a fresh set of eyes.

How long have you been doing water damage restoration?
Set your financial goals for the year and month minus expenses and if your meeting those
Be content and go to your next job.
You gotta pay subcontractors.....
Those ins. Co. Are not your enemies they are your employer,
Wo ins. No one would do water damage.
I believe ins. Cut out most mold remediation a few years back and some got stuck with a lot of equipment

no way. We work for corps, schools, city, state, hospitals, regularly that are self insured or have 100k deductibles and we do hundreds of thousands of dollars of work for them.

There are many homeowners we work for too! Many that have no coverage, a high deductible or just don't want to file a claim.

There is truly lots of non-insurance work out there.

We are not a vendor for any insurance company yet we process between 600-800k a year in wdr work in a small market.
