Are they using the cimex to pretreat the carpet or to post encap it?

How we usually roll. I very lightly pre spray and them chem feed with the cimex ultra pac. followed by steam cleaning with the zipper.

Post encapped for the first time Sunday. Hoses left snail trails in the prespray that wouldn't come out. Spotter took them out but now I had super clean snail trails that looked even worse. Matrix encap and I was shocked how good it looked. They even called early Monday morning to tell me no other carpet cleaner has been able to get this traffic area that clean.

I love it how HWE guys just spray and suck, then use encap and say how much better it turned out.

Dah, its the agitation, not the method that makes it look better.

Its the polymer coated that makes it look good along with the fluffing up. Should last 3 months if regularly vaccumed.
